Semi-modular kitchen is one that is built around an existing civil structure. Only a few of its components like a countertop, basin, sink, etc. that are already built on-site by civil work professionals and cannot be dismantled and moved to another location. Hence in simple terms, a semi-modular kitchen is generally a blend of completely modular kitchen and carpenter-made modular kitchen.
